Once we receive your online order, we will have items ready to ship within 1 to 3 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description. Should there be a circumstance where we cannot have products ready to ship within a 3 day time frame, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know of the delay.
Standard shipping and handling are charged as a flat rate.
Orders $0-$24.99 = $5.95 shipping & handling
Order $25-$49.99 = $7.95 shipping & handling
Orders $50-$74.99 = $9.95 shipping & handling
Orders $75-$99.99 = $12.95 shipping & handling
Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping & handling.
We do not charge any shipping & handling on the purchase of gift cards.
Items will be shipped standard ground through UPS or USPS and will include tracking and insurance. You will be emailed a link for tracking once we process your order. Average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please make a note requesting so in the “Special Instructions for Seller” section on the shopping cart page. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the expedited shipping request and to inform you of any additional charges that will apply.
Any Florida zip that is entered into our shipping calculator will be offered the option of free local pickup. We will process your order within 48 hours and contact you via email and/or phone to let you know that your order is ready for pickup. Please pickup any time during regular business hours at our front cash registers.
