Bob Martin is the proprietor of the Dogfish Tackle Company.  He has been fishing the local waters for over 20 years.  He is also the designer of the original Dogfish Stik, a favorite rod of many professional and recreational anglers alike.  Bob has strived to make Dogfish Tackle Company and its Team the best on the West Coast of Florida.
Capt. Dave Bayes, our store manager, is a USCG Licensed Captain and a native of Pinellas County.  With over 20 years of fishing experience and 10 years leading Team Dogfish, he has earned a place at the top.  Dave has been a lead contender in numerous SKA Kingfish Tournaments and is an excellent local fishing guide.  He is considered an expert on tackle and techniques.
	Tyson Wallerstein grew up fly fishing and guiding along the rivers and lakes of Utah.  After moving to Florida and joining Team Dogfish seven years ago, he quickly discovered a love for saltwater flats fishing.  Incorporating his talent for fly fishing, Tyson has developed an excellent ability to target a multitude of saltwater gamefish on fly and artificial lures.
	Justin Wert has been a member of Team Dogfish for years.  He's a highly qualified employee with a vast knowledge about the sport of fishing.
	Cole Marston is the newest member of Team Dogfish.
